Need my money back

2 weeks ago I purchase the new iPad Air 2, even if I have a MacBook Pro. For one reason, because iPad supports a lot of apps out there, compared to MacBook, especially in the field of nursing or medical field. Then my wife happen to buy this app (the vital sign camera by Philips). The problem is, I cant even open it. I need help with this.
